But that wouldn't be artificial intelligence, that would be
sentience. You would be using the magic of the Infinity Gems to
give them life, actual free will. Artificial intelligence is an
entirely different thing.

How would anyone add artificial intelligence to an object? AI
requires computers, you can't put AI in a ruby or a pearl,
they're just objects.
More importantly, why do you want random things to have AI? We
program computers so they can perform mundane tasks, the
Infinity Gems are far too powerful to use even for biological
beings most of the time, let alone ChatGPT.

That's a near-impossible task.
The reason the Infinity Gems have value is because they're
extremely rare. Converting everything into them would make them
plentiful, which would then make them essentially useless
because anyone else could undo anything that they did.
