Warner Bros. is a direct competitor to Disney.
Disney would never make a Warner Bros. product official in the
Marvel universe because that would require Disney to pay their
competitor. You can't make more money than another company if
you're paying them half of what you earn.

items of power into infinity gems an then declare the gems work
anywhere an all versions of the gem are back forever what ya
think?

You can't mix magics. Transforming the Darkhold would do
something bad because the Darkhold is too dangerous.

I think bad things will happen because doing anything to the
Darkhold creates problems. It's a tool of pure evil and
completely random in its capability, so it can never be fully
controlled, and anyone thinking it can ultimately always gets
punished for thinking so.

That's not how artificial intelligence works, it's just a
computer program. The Infinity Gems would be extremely limited
in any way you're sugggesting, akin to simple conversations or
directives that J.A.R.V.I.S. handles for Iron Man in the movies.

But that wouldn't be artificial intelligence, that would be
sentience. You would be using the magic of the Infinity Gems to
give them life, actual free will. Artificial intelligence is an
entirely different thing.
