Should the x-men like shadowtiger an synch an spider-man an
other heroes ask the high evolutionary to give them access to
his technology and then use it to permently evolve them to the
next level of power an such an that mean spider-man as example
would suddenly be able to manipulate his spider powers anyway he
wants, what ya think?

Have you ever seen the High Evolutionary? He's a mad scientist,
using any of his research is setting yourself up for endless
experimentation and physical torture. He's a villain.

his computer an then escape with that info an then use it to
update an upgrade themselves, what ya think?

The High Evolutionary's information promotes masochism,
upgrading themselves would only turn them into bloodthirsty
monsters or mindless machines.

orchasis, hence i wonder if they should use it like how normal
spider-man recently upped spider-man spider sense an wonder if
they should use it to enhance themselves to thor level an later

They stopped Orchasis because they were desperate, it's the only
option they had left.
When you're out of options, you never go back to the same place
twice. The High Evolutionary is an evil being, his work can
never be used for good, and the more it's used the more likely
someone will die or become his slave.
