now suggesting a adult ben10 series with modern problems an

It could work, but then the only gimmick would be the aliens.
What made Ben 10 different was the character being just like the
kids watching and having fun with his powers, not having any
superhero rules and just doing what he felt like with the
Omnitrix. Centering on him as an adult would make Ben boring
and the audience would just glaze over with disinterest until
the next time he finally used his powers.

Remember that ideas from creators are not automatically good
ideas.
What ideas from creators are automatically is desperate attempts
for the creators to make more money off of dormant brands they
created.

Azmuth wouldn't do that.
The Omnitrix was an emergency tool to save people from
oppression. To make more would be asking for the very trouble
he sought to protect the universe from. Weapons are not toys.

Super-Spinner Beast, Gas Creature, Dralgo, Maw, Slith and

They have their functions, they have their people. They don't
need more, that's the definition of an arms race.

Ben 10 Omniverse already did that.
The Ben 10 reboot was a comedy and nobody liked it, so nobody
would want that one to be part of it anyway.
