What is the record on is darkling, flygirl, jaguar, and the
second shield aka lancelot strong in public domain an these are
the original versions so are they in public domain?

Those characters are already plays on existing superheroes in
other companies, so there isn't a greater need to use them than
to develop original superheroes with those same powers.

If you count to 100 years, there is no need to check, that
character would be officially be free to use no matter the
country of origin.

now am i right or wrong an if wrong, which is public an which is
