Godzilla

Should all versions of godzilla face one another an same with
MechaGodZilla what ya think? Should the government of japan get
a device that let someone collect all versions of godzilla dna
an all kaiju dna thruout the omniverse an then make a kaiju
serum that treated with chemicals an everythings an give one
person all that power what ya think?

That fight would be over pretty quickly, the American 1998
Godzilla for example is like three times smaller than the
biggest Godzilla. It would be like a two-year-old fighting J.J.
Watt.

Why would a person want to be Godzilla, though? They would just
be trading humanity to be a giant animal.

person a super soldier with kaiju powers! Should king kong get
mecha kong as enemy? Also is time god mecha godzilla 2.0 or such
what ya think?

But how would that work? You can't just make a person exhibit
animal abilities, that's why the Godzilla movies have had so
many natural beings or radioactive accidents because they don't
understand the science of kaiju anywhere near well enough to
blend humanity into any kind of mix, especially where humanity
or even free will could be retained. Not to mention why a
person would volunteer to be a super soldier for no reason, in
which case they could just be creating their own problem like
how Godzilla was born and wreaked havoc on Japan in the first
place!

In the current movies? No.
I think avoiding Mechagodzilla in this series so far was to
suspend disbelief.

Aliens in the Godzilla movies always betray Earthlings, though.

direction.
The techno glove was basically their concession to not doing

Bad. Jet Jaguar even in the original movie had a largely
unexplained origin, to have to clean that up for the current
movies would drag their quality down.

The universe doesn't matter, I just told you that the Jet Jaguar
origin was laughable in the original universe, and that was in
the 1970s when absurdity didn't even bother people. A current
Jet Jaguar regardless of where it came from would never be taken
seriously, the character would be Jet Jaguar in name only.
