No, new game means new experience.
The only game that lets you transfer what you got in the last
game is Pokemon.

buy full game you can use it right away an some are asking for
gta5 when that come to end you can transfer your stuff over
automatically to new game, so if ya got lot of money an such you
can retain it an use it to quickly build your character more, is
that so bad idea? Should gta dump mods?

Yes.
Demos are often unfinished just to rush a model to market,
transfers would risk glitches to the main game.

No, the mods are a lot of people's favorite part of playing
Grand Theft Auto.

I wonder if grand theft auto 6 should drop mods for next one an
only have it in a movie maker mode for game what ya think? Also
should for grand theft auto 6 the protagonists from past games
return an try to takeover in a story what ya think? If grand
therft auto 6 has ufo sightings should your character be
abducted for 4 days real world time an ya gotta figure out what
happened in story, basically if ya go to one of the ufo sighting
your taken to ufo ship an game automatically saves but a
countdown commence for 4 days real time an ya cant access
account till time up, what ya think? Also that mean when you
return your returned in your underwear only an need new clothes
an such what ya think?

The game functions as a movie already, you don't need a movie
maker mode.

Grand Theft Auto is defined by its finality and installment
format. Any recurring character would only ever be minor.

I think that would be a completely different game than Grand
Theft Auto has ever been.
Save UFOs for a UFO game. GTA is about heists.

Because GTA5 came out so long ago that people thought up ideas
that the GTA6 announcement didn't fulfill.
