Why did the digidestined kids partners like hawkman an gatomon
dna digivolve with the other digimon like wormon, can someone
explain? Or like wormon an angemon or gatomon an veemom why did
they not partner each of them up or like agumon an gatomon, can
someone explain please?

Because they could.
As we saw, their Digimon had Champion forms but they didn't use
them until halfway through the show. Applying that same
standard, they were probably also able to access their own
Ultimate forms but DNA Digivolving came sooner so they just used
that instead. Heck, we know for a fact Gatomon could become
Angewomon but chose Silphymon anyway.

Because they didn't.
As far as the products go, every Digimon can Digivolve into a
number of other Digimon, there are no absolute paths. But the
anime did set absolute paths with notable exceptions, such as
SkullGreymon. In the case of things like Digi-Egg Armor or DNA
Digivolution, they made it to where a DigiDestined's "soul"
played a part, so only Cody's Knowledge and Reliability were
strong enough to use those eggs and only Davis understood Ken
well enough to combine their Digimon.
