Why would Death Head need it, though? He's already more
powerful than Terminators, Predators, Aliens and RoboCop, which
is exactly why you said he could survive them all.

transformers tech an everthing else what ya think? Also should
this be done to death head or death head2 what ya think I would

I think it's a waste.
If something is already powerful, it doesn't need to be more
powerful. That's fixation, and fixation creates villainy.

He can't be the base because Disney doesn't own the rights to
Terminator, only the rights to Spider-Man.

They probably should, but Skydance is about to make so much
money from Paramount that they wouldn't want to give their
competition more power over them by selling one of their most
famous products.
