BatMonarch and batman brave & the bold

Should dr fate cast a spell on batman that seperates him into 2
versions one stay batman an other become batmonarch similar to
what was did in batman brave and the bold cartoon what ya think?
An who all gave batman power to become batmonarch?

at seperating as example dr strange during war of the spheres an
he became general strange an general strange was seperated an
made its own individual being another example is there are 2
nightman from malibu comics one who is regular an other has
power, hence if batman was split the original stays as is but
then the duplciate can be retransformed into batmonarch an it
can show what duplicate does, it would just show batman if he
decided to permently become batmonarch an how he handle enemies
an such, is that so bad?

General Strange, though. He's a gimmick, not a character with
an ongoing book like Dr. Strange.
Batmonarch would be quickly forgotten and the time spent on
separating them would be wasted.

Yes. It would be the same as a human Superman, only good enough
to fill a single story but not an ongoing book. Clark Kent is
who he is because he has to traverse a world with the power to
crumble it unless he's careful. Bruce Wayne is who he is
because he has to fight threats to his city without the might to
take every metahuman villain down easily.
Batmonarch coming back as more than a cameo appearance would
eventually grow tiresome to the reader.

What about then this a new person decides to transform himself
by using the justice league unlimited amazo the yellow version
with all the power of the justice league unlimited heroes an
villains an such, and use him as lense to copy all the power in
the warner bros discovery properties an that transform the
person to the new batmonarch, in other words a person witnessed
how batman was changed an decide i want that power but on
greater level an does a summon spell for amazo an explain what
he wants to an amazo purpose in it, then after little
preperation he does the copy spell for power an use amazo as
focus lense an then transfer that power to himself, would that
work?

But that wouldn't be Batmonarch, that would just be a
different-looking A.M.A.Z.O.
And like I said multiple time before, DC does not have
permission to use intellectual property belonging to any other
Warner Bros. divisions.

But that wouldn't be Batmonarch, that would just be a
different-looking A.M.A.Z.O.

created with the combined power of all warner bros discovery
property ab that includes if marvel give dc permission to use

changes the rules, though.
DC does not and never will have permission to use what their
parent company has, that is not now or will it ever be how
business works. And the reason for that is because properties
are bought and sold on a regular basis, so losing rights would
be too much profit loss for the new owners. This is not an
opinion, this is a fact.
