Should a 3rd part get access to a tardis and download its
information and power and use that info and power and create new
weapons, cyborgs, bases, vehicles and such what ya think?

Should the cosmic entities totally update an upgrade the tardis
an then 3rd party get complete access to a tardis an download
all its information an power an se that info an power an create
new weapons, cyborgs, bases, vehicles. an such an etc what ya
think? Should the tardis since its rebuilding itself restore its
powers to change shape to look like something else what ya

their data, meaning tardis gets the data of the enterprise and
the enterprise gets the data of the tardis, what do you think?
An should the tardis have gotten a update an upgrade if it
encountered the shiar empire an should the shiar have gotten
tardis information, what ya think? What would have happened if
the tardis got the info on the borg collective, should it be
added to tardis, what ya think? Should the tardis be totally
updated an upgrade?
