I think that's greedy.
Powers are used by necessity. If there is another power source
that can be used, there is entirely no reason to use an old
power source ever again.

multiple power like thunder an such an decide to make a group
with that power, wouolde that be ok?

It doesn't matter what value someone sees, seeing that value is
pure greed.
Powers are for defending the planet, not for collecting. No
human being ever needs more than they can ever use.

Why? There doesn't need to be "Thunder power" anymore than
there needs to be "Shogun power" or "Super Zeo power" or "Rescue
power" or "Delta power". Not every set of Zords had its own
power source, Kipp.
The MMPR only ever had two power sources, Ninjor's dinosaur
Power Coins and Ninjor's ninja Power Coins. There is no point
to another set other than to say there was another set, it
serves absolutely no purpose to any story.

upgrade to ranger power some felt that power has more potential
than shown an hence same with thunder or dark or whatever an
should be fully exploited!

Kipp, every single idea in existence has potential, but
potential isn't inherently a good idea.
Ranger powers are created for need. If the MMPR already have
dino powers, they don't need thunder powers. If the Rangers
have Lightspeed powers, they don't need Supertrain powers. If
the Rangers have RPM powers, they don't need Paleomax powers.
And so on. The Metallic Armor was designed by Zordon and Alpha
to enhance the Ninja Power Coins when needed, such as fighting
stronger Tengas or for withstanding magical spells like
Dischordia's. Need.
These are weapons, not toys. You don't just keep creating and
keep creating because that creates an arms race and gives the
bad guys more ability to cause chaos, just like when Rita used
the Dragon Power Coin to attack the Earth with the Green Ranger.
Powers are only ever for emergency use, which is why powers
should always be small in number and limited.

Should someone create thunder power be it like shazam or ranger
or whatever? Seriously thunder power can work depending on how
ya use it an it could be shazam like or ranger like or whatever
an the idea can work1
