Anything is possible with magic, but it's always important to
remember that magic is dangerous.
It would be a waste of danger to use magic just to satisfy a
curiosity.

like tigerzord evolve from current version to streamlined
version, or like zord/ranger fusion, where ranger fuse with
zord?

It's still dangerous if used frivolously.
Like a Ranger accidentally being fused with their Zord
permanently!

like say jason fused with tyrannosaurus zor/red dragon zord an
could physically become it, literally a complete merge of both
human an zord

thinking of power rangers mystic force, how the rangers are the
zords, hence was thinking what if ranger merges with zord an can
physically into it

But the Mystic Force don't have Zords, so they were required to
become the Mystic Titans.
Any other Power Ranger copying them is just placing themselves
in danger because they weren't chosen by the magical realm and
already have their own Zords to fight giant monsters.

At some point, that would become too heavy to function properly.
That, or the ground would begin crumbling at its feet.
The Power Rangers don't do stuff because it's fun, Kipp, they do
it only when it's necessary.
