They're confirmed to.
The RyuSouls each granted a different special power to the
knights, along with extra armor.

I see primo, i was talking special powers when they are not in
ranger form but as a regular person

Disney only instituted those so the human actors wouldn't have
to display physical force as often to influence the children
watching into recreating it.

What RPM did.
Give the powers to the Ranger forms, that's why people morph!

Ya know I do feel primo that justin should have been given
second chance as ranger, remember justin fans tried to get him
baclk as a red ranger?
