what ya think? An then a ultra skrull who has power of access
and the amalgam universe an another who has the power of alll
the cosmic entities an another for all of disney an its other

Again, no, because Marvel doesn't have access to everything
Disney just because Disney owns it.
And the Amalgam rights require permission from Warner Bros.,
which means they would have to pay Warner Bros., which Disney
does not want to do.

Yes. Captain America himself doesn't like the Super Soldier
program.
And Spider-Man shouldn't be "subjected" to anything. That's

DNA is DNA no matter the universe.
It's the compound that makes up all living beings. The Skrulls
need it to look like that planet's species.
