Should the falconzord be modified to combine with the
thunderzords? Basically falcozord combines with thunder megazord
to create thunder mega falconzord or dragonzord, red ligtning
zord, tigerzord, falconzord, brachiozord, zeo zord 5, red
battlezord, red super zeo zord, white shogunzord to form all
tommy megazord, what ya think? Or Shino Robo combines with dino
ultrazord, what ya think?

combinations. It doesn't affect the story at all.
Rescue Turbo Megazord and Isis Megazord Predator Mode was
because their typical formations were damaged. If there isn't a
reason to combine specific Zords, it has no meaning.

a crossover should the astro megaship an astro megaship shuttle
combined with voyager, what ya think?

crossed over with power rangers, with roboracer an ninja
megazord to form a new one, would that work?

Not the best fits, those are just random robots with no rhyme or
reason to them.
Turbo Megazord and Robo Racer combining would be cool.
