Nope, because the supernatural one isn't Ghostface. Ghostface
is a slasher, his fans are fans of slashers and will only ever
recognize Ghostface as a slasher.

Should the villain masterman return from fawcet comics days with
revenge on kid eternity on mind what ya think of the idea on
bringing him back? Also is it time for the original sabbac to
return?

People don't remember them, so the payoff of bringing them back
won't work unless there is a good idea behind bringing them
back.

That all depends on who the writers would want him to fight. A
villain is only ever as entertaining as the hero he has to play
off of.
