Just make the new character. Miles Morales was a new character,
not Peter Parker's twin.

I think nothing you described makes him Spider-Man.
Peter is an everyman, and you can't relate to readers if all you
are is a superhero that they will never be. Peter has nothing
to do with England, he is a New Yorker through and through. And
his powers having a limit to what he can do is why he has to be
smart enough to save the day and enthrall the audience. Your
suggestions make it feel like you never actually liked
Spider-Man and just want him to be a completely different
superhero.

Peter is an everyman, and you can't relate to readers if all you
are is a superhero that they will never be. Peter has nothing
to do with England, he is a New Yorker through and through. And

or seperated into a seperate reality an why some including me a
suggesting on moving him to england an giving him everything i
previousally said an i do like spider-man i just dont like one
more day crap an the crap they did later to make peter look like

one mor day with kids, wife, increased power an such an all new
level of power that put him on thor level and all new villains
is this change bad that they ask? Also should the mystech group
return to plague all marvel and more, what ya think?

That's two different things, Kipp. Nobody likes the Brand New
Day direction, but that's because Peter is already someone they
don't like and want his life to go back to the way IT WAS
BEFORE. What you're suggesting is to change him into something
new that readers will like even less than they do now.
No one except you wants Peter to have more power. No one except
you wants Peter to move to England. What readers want is Peter
to have common sense, to be married to Mary Jane, and to have
children. That's all.

distract from the bad stories.

But Superman's true potential is being explored through his
actions, Kipp. He's thinking about his approach to improving
the world beyond just fighting.
Peter Parker can get all of the gadgets in the world, but his
true potential is more than just giving him new stuff.
