One is owned by Warner Bros., the other is owned by Disney.
So that will likely never happen.

I suggested to tubi concerning dc tv shows, cartoons, movies,
etc for them to get rights to air them on tubi

David Zaslav is developing a free streaming app for Warner Bros.
TV shows, cartoons, movies, etc. coming next year.
That would be the first place he would want DC's media
available.

Does marvel have rights to gijoe, transformers, jem, rom,
micronaughts, inhumanoids, visionairs and such again and if they
do how will this now work and does that include conan and
robocop and other stuff?

No, they don't have the rights to any of those properties.
