Probably a reboot, since most people don't remember Dinosaucers.

before the new one like 10 episodes on monday, wensday, friday,
sunday for release, then after the new series when original is
done and i think and feel giving this show the masters of the
universe revelations, power rangers unlimited, power rangers
universe treatment, imagine major clifton, the sabertooths, the
tyrannoes can all be major problems and the dinosaucers and
secret scouts are totally esposed and must recruit new
dinosaucers and secret scouts and acquire new abilities and such
and weapons, to stop them, what ya think primo?

Content producers can't control network schedules, Kipp.
Plus you have to get the permission of every production company
involved to air classic episodes, which is why a lot of creators
just make reboots instead, because there's less red tape.

I think using the same method over and over again makes every
show derivative and boring.
Like I said before, just using the basic concept of Dinosaucers
with animation and dialogue of the modern day will be fine.

universe revelation to purchase the rights to the dinosaucer
series and then bring show back an it continue several years

being hunted by all their foes and secrets of the scout rings
and dinovolving are exposed an all new enemies appear too, what
ya think?

Companies can't just buy rights, the shows have to be made
available for sale first.
