marvel to be posted on disney plus that included the banned
episode of spider-man and his amazing friends episode with red
skull in it to be put back with warning before that episode
warning of it content and then the incredbile hulk and
spider-man tv series and movies and pilots of the 70s and are
asking marvel to put them, and connect all marvel into one, why
dont they do that?

Because of rights issues.
Owning Marvel doesn't automatically let Disney do whatever they
want. The same reason Universal won't let them make Hulk movies
is why they can't make every single Marvel TV series ever made
available yet.

What your thought primo on the rumored spider-man 97 series that
could be continuation where show left at and what your thought
that what they are doing to x-men 97 could be done to it other
cartoons like spider-man and his amazing friends 86 as example
or ironman 96?

The current rumors are that X-Men '97 could be cancelled, so
that would instantly do away with any thoughts of a Spider-Man
continuation.
But they never would have continued the Iron Man or Amazing
Friends cartoons, those were never popular enough.

Bob Iger just took back control of Disney, so every decision
made while he was gone is being re-examined. That includes the
X-Men '97 animated series.
So the creators are no longer positive that project will be
completed.
