Marvel Animated Universe
By: NEOOMNIVERSE Date: July 31, 2022, 5:53 pm

Should pryde of the xmen be made a series that gathers the cast
from the pilot for a series and should disney/marvel green light
it, what ya think? I renamed the threat to marvel animated
cinematic universe to include all marvel from 60s to 2000 to
current! Also should new people take on the voices of spider-man
and his amazing friends for new series that add x-men and all
heroes that were in the original show?

But they're not movies, Kipp. So Cinematic is an erroneous
description. LOL

But you started with a show.
Making some movies to add to that doesn't make it cinematic if
the heart of the project is a TV show.

I wasn't suggesting anything. LOL
I was just explaining that a TV show by definition is not
cinematic. The reason the Marvel Studios shows are part of the
MCU is because the base where the story started were films. If
your base is television cartoons, the universe then can't be
cinematic no matter how many movies are part of it. Does that
make sense now?

Marvel started this storyline with Iron Man, continued with The
Incredible Hulk, Thor and Captain America until we got The
Avengers, and it all blossomed from there. So with WandaVision,
Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk: Attorney at
Law and so forth, it all takes place within that same story of
their cinematic (movie) universe.
If you start from a cartoon like you're suggesting, it can never
be a cinematic (movie) universe. That's what the word means,
movie.

Nothing needs to be done on them, they already had their time.
A constant mining of nostalgia leaves out new audiences. They
don't care about old TV shows.
