       ETISALAT BIS SETTINGS ON ANDROID
       Go to your phone settings and create a new settings
       Name: TMC
       Apn: blackberryx.net
       Proxy: blank
       Etc : blank
       Save it
       Then open your psiphon and
       Then
       Proxy type:
       Real host
       Proxy server: blackberryid.blackberry.com
       Leave every other thing blank then scrool down and save it
       Then go to options and more options untick use http proxy
       Go back and save then restart your phone
       Then go to message and send Dlite to 399 and you would be
       charged 70naira reboot your phone again as its normal for bb
       services then put ur data on nd open your psiphon and connect it
       should connect within 1minute
       Enjoy
       You can also use it on laptop by sharing the connection through
       hotspot to your PC but make sure your device is rooted and then
       you use pdanet or df tethering.
