Anathema comes roaring back from behind
DIR By: Anathema

I had a crummy start to the month--super sick, messed up my meds
(cuz sleeping so much from being sick that my timing got off,
brain got wonky), then depression, then stupid blow-up with my
stupid friend that really threw me.
Ya know what? That's fine. What am I gonna do, write 2019 off
and start over next year? Not so much.
My main focus is getting my eating back on track. Key factors in
that are:
Plan and shop for week's groceries mindfully
Do meal prep Sunday night
Track and stick to macros
In addition, I'm going to commit to tracking my spending on a
daily basis
20 minutes of tidying every day.
CrossFit three times a week
Check and reply to personal email every evening

Have you decided which day is planning day? How about shopping
day? I like to have set days (like monday is crock pot day, and
tuesday is with potatoes day. and wed is veggie day, etc)
because it makes it easier to settle on a meal. When I am doing
meal planning I do the whole month looking at
appointments/commitments/birthdays/holidays/etc and plan
accordingly!
