       6 week plans

Goals is not my favorite word, so I am going to call them
       "plans."
1: Walk an equivalent of 4-5 miles daily. Not necessarily all
       at once, but total.
       2: Daily yoga/flexibility. I have a personalized yoga routine
and the Unbreakable program by Kate Gillette.
3: I will eat. I have a bad habit of not eating when I am
hungry. I will not eat foods that make me feel "ill" when I
think about eating them. (basically fast food and snack garbage
       junk food.)

You call them what you need to. I will do my best to remember.
Feel free to call me out if I don't!

Are you step tracking? Or are you using some other way to
       track/record your mileage?

I adore Kate, and I need to work UB stuff into my goals as well!
Is this something you are currently doing that you want to KEEP
doing or is it something NEW that are adding to your routine?

I understand this. I have been following Intuitive Eating and
Intermittent Fasting and just trying to listen to my body. It's
been an interesting bout of introspection.
       Welcome to the forums!

It does not offended or bother me if you don't call them
"plans." It is basically for me to retrain my brain. At this
point in the game "goals" is negative for me.
I never really got started with UB, so it's from the beginning
       for me.

       Cool :)
Is the yoga something you are currently doing that you want to
KEEP doing or is it something NEW that are adding to your
       routine?

The same as UB. I went to a yoga therapist right before I
moved. She was amazing and I learned so much from her in a few
weeks. I have not been practicing what we worked on. So new
       habits will be established.

       That's awesome!
I only ask because sometimes it is harder to create new habits
than it is to expand old ones :)
