I've got a few things that I'm working on.
       In no particular order:
       - keeping up with a daily schedule. Because I have
sometimes-debilitating depression, I find it useful to plan
ahead when I'm going to take a bath, shower and/or wash & dry my
hair (air-drying is not an option).
       - getting in 2500+ steps per day, per my fitbit app.
       - eating breakfast every day.
In 2019, I'm working a course with Joanna Powell Colbert that
involves keeping track of the lunar cycle, as well as the wheel
of the year. I have also planned out specific days for ancestor
work, shopping and eating local, one long meditative walk per
week, self-sufficiency work, women's studies, making an effort
for creative romantic time with my husband and self-care. Later
in 2019, I'm thinking around August, after I've upped my
steps-per-day and become more physically able, I want to start
some kind of Wonder-Woman-inspired training regimen.

I like this. I am a FIRM believer in routine. When we do a task
in a certain order, it becomes a habit and something we don't
have to think about. For example; my morning routine is get up,
make bed, pee, brush teeth, check blood sugar, and take drugs
(prescribed medications and supplements). I have gotten to where
this is something I do without even thinking. I wake up and
automatically pull the blankets off the bed. Doesn't matter how
I feel; like if I am going back to bed because I am sick, or if
I got up in the middle of sleep to pee, I ALWAYS straighten the
       blankets to make the bed.
It's kinda like when someone wakes up every morning and has
coffee and a cig, and then they stop smoking. They find that
drinking coffee makes their hand want a cig! Because that's the
       habit!! :)
I LOVE the power of habit!
I am not so acquainted with the lunar cycle stuff. Can you share
a link so I can read more?

Kudos to you for starting at the beginning. It helps me to
realize that it's ok to start at the beginning.
I love the idea of lunar tracking. I would like to know more
about it. Not to put any sort of pressure on you as you are
learning, but can you explain to me in your own thoughts what
attracts you to the process and what you are gaining from it? I
am looking to discover a "practice" that is right for me.
Feedback from "real" people is great.
