       Fragmentstar rose, his optics glinting as he looked outside his
       den. The tom padded outside and then rose his voice.
       "Oilclan, gather, we have a few changessssss" he sung evilly.
       "So you all know how we've been sitting on our lazy asses,
       eating freshkill and being stupid? Well now you have to pull
       your own weight, I'll be checking up on all of you everyday to
       see if your pulling your weight, if not, YOU DIE" Fragmentstar
       yowled, his voice rung over the clearing.
       "Also, I want to see a filled nursery, so if you catch five kits
       from any other clan, you get promoted" His voice rung in the
       clearing "To a new rank, called a Snatcher" Fragmentstar yelled
       "Now, to keep your place as a Snatcher, you bring in five kits
       every moon, or your demoted" he shouted "And now, if their YOUR
       kittens, or kittens from a respected line, you'll only have to
       bring in THREE of those every moon. That's all" the demonic tom
       yowled and then padded back into his den.
       (To become a Snatcher, simply find another roleplayer/s and see
       if they'll let you take one of their kit characters into
       Oilclan. Remember, these kits cannot be played by you, but they
       can all be played by another player.
       By respected lines I mean HPR, though bringing in your cat's
       kits would be nicer.
       Apprentices and warriors can get this title
       And to keep your cat out of trouble with being "lazy", make a
       new thread with them doing something constructive everyday)

       Pioanokeys was a skinny chick, so she will have no problems with
       the first part.
