       Normal Ranks:
       Grabbers-These animals collect food
       Guards-These animals guard the Grabbers
       Warriors-These animals patrol
       Apprentices-These animals train to be Grabbers/Guards/Warriors
       Kits-The future
       Queens-The mothers
       Elders-The oldest animals in the clan (other then Head/Doctor)
