       Themed MEPs {Basic Rules}

       Hey Everyone!!!
       Just putting some basic info here about the themed MEP section
       that I may or may not have stated in the PM out to everyone.
       Pretty much EVERYTHING is the same as with the General MEP
       section, there are just a few tweaks.
       -     Only MEPs that have a set theme are allowed here (ie
       Disney only MEPs, Anime Only, ect)
       -     Songs can be suggested twice (meaning if we have already
       done a song in the General Section we can also do the same song
       again in the theme section. Cause in short it will still be like
       a whole new MEP)
       -     Each member is only allowed to make 2 suggestions in this
       section in addition to the 2 suggestion permit in the General
       Section (so now in a way you can make 4 suggestions)
       -     Only 3 MEPs will be hosted at once (for the time being)
       -     Complete MEPs will still be sent to me (XxClassicDreamsxX)
       for border/watermark & channel uploading.
       Ok!!!
       I think that is everything!!! The person in charge of this
       section will be Katie so if you have any questions feel free to
       go to her and ask. You can also still come to me if you need to.
