       betatester commands

       commands betatester:
       /c renthunter (you rent hunter for 3 mins cost 100$)
       /c delhunter (you delete hunter rent and you respawn it)
       /c gw (you set time to 11.00 and weather to 0)
       /c bspawn (you spawn one car for example /c bspawn 56)
       /c bwep (you buy an weapon for free)
       /c bspawnwep (new spawnwep cmd in testing)
       you can see this commands in game with /c betacmds
       remember admin = not beta tester
       you need ask to add you in beta tester Group because is an
       special Group, to be betatester isn't needed admin.
