Reason: Molestar desde IRC cambiando Clima y Weather, saco level
a [UD]Prichuu (lvl 10) dejandola lvl 1, Anteriormente tamb me
saco admin de IRC... era WhatEver

Others info: No se como un moderador lvl 4 puede sacar lvl a un
lvl 10... siendo que esta el changelevel y el setmon a lvl 11.
Sugiero castigar a este admin y degradarlo a lvl 1, Por posible
script hack.

Reason: Baiting from IRC changing Climate and Weather, sack
level to [UD] Prichuu (lvl 10) leaving it lvl 1 it was for
testing someting
Others info: No Level 4 as a moderator can take a level 10 level
... being this the changelevel and setmon at 11. I suggest this
admin punish and degrade at level 1, for possible hack script.
