Most of you have probably seen this already, but just in case.
A young German (I assume) actress has posted a bts picture from
the set of The Aftermath (another assumption):

Yeah, she must be playing the daughter.
You know, this movie is actually set at Christmas time, I wonder
if they can still get it a fall release next year. I think it
would be unusual though, to have it come out more than a year
and a half after it was filmed, right?
i still think if Fox Searchlight thought it was good enough they
would have pushed it for Oscar consideration THIS year at the
film festivals. it's probably expected in the spring or summer
       of next year now.

Sadly, I've heard absolutely nothing. Anyone else?
Well at least we'll get to hear something about Colette in about
two weeks as it debuts at Sundance.

The Berlinale programme will be made public on the 6th of
February and I think there's a chance it might be included
       there.

What appears to be official Twitter and Instagram accounts for
the film have recently been set up:
  HTML https://twitter.com/AftermathMovie
  HTML https://www.instagram.com/aftermathmovie
       And this article
  HTML https://theplaylist.net/oscars-sundance-film-festival-2018-20180127/<br
/>mentions that Fox Searchlight are looking at a fall release.
Note that I didn't find any of this myself. I got it from the
       Alexander Skarsgård forum.

Well, a fall release for this is a good sign! That likely means
a film festival debut, either Telluride or Toronto.
This could be the bigger player after all- I had originally
thought it might be, given the cast and the studio attached. And
the subject matter. It could be that Fox Searchlight just saved
it for this year after having had quite a few awards players
released last year at the same time, like The Shape of Water and
       Three Billboards. I hope so.

Wow! Keira might have 2 movies in awards contention and she's
the leading lady in both. Oh wow!

Maybe Aftermath will be the bigger player in top categories but
in the acting race, Collette, I think, is the safest bet. The
story is very timely. The big awards, especially the Oscars,
tend to go for those message-driven performances. Those are the
       performances that tend to win.

Hey, I'm for either one! But I do know that in order to be able
to talk about a potential WIN, usually the movie itself has to
be embraced as well, like a possible Best Picture nominee, etc.
Unless no other Actress nominee was in a movie that was
nominated for Best Picture. Or the performance itself is
absolutely RAVED about- I think Keira's getting great reviews
for Colette, but it's hard to tell right now if it would stand
up to a performance that was more lauded. But there may not be
one of those this year either. Who knows, it's still early.
