OT: How is Everyone

Since it's obviously slow on the movie front right
now, I just wanted to ask all my fellow Keiraphiles how you are
during all of this lousy time in history. I hope you and yours
have all been safe and healthy, and your lives haven't been
affected greatly. I've been fortunate enough to continue
working and getting paid, and feel confident that my company has
gone to great lengths to ensure our safety. My nephew and his
girlfriend had a closer than comfortable brush with exposure to
the virus, but they're both fine and didn't come down with it.
Other than some minor inconveniences, my life hasn't really been
altered at all. I hope it's the same for all of you.

Hi! Happy to hear that you're ok. I am a doctor, so right now
I'm working in the frontline (most of the time with little
protection because of politicians... But that's other issue).
Right now I'm happy that my family and me are ok because that's
the most important thing. I hope the rest of you are ok too.

Hi all! Glad that both Spike and Scarletwithc are good (thank
you for all you do as a doctor and wish our government was run
by a sane person). I am good too and just staying at home with
the family trying hard to keep this virus contained! Wish you
all the best... :) :)

I don't know anybody who's been seriously ill and my job is in
no immediate danger. So I've been quite fortunate and really
shouldn't complain.
But I'm finding it all quite depressing nonetheless. I had so
many things planned for this spring and summer and now every
single one has been cancelled.
It's good to hear that the three of you are safe and sound,
though! I hope that's the case for everyone reading here.

I'm fine although I was temporarily laid off from my job and am
now on standby. I will have to file for unemployment starting
this week. I wish our government had a responsible person in
charge who didn't want to see people die. It makes me really
sad.

I'm sorry to hear you're out of work, I've
been there and know how badly that sucks. Hopefully you won't
have to wait long for your employer to need you again. And
wouldn't it be nice if we had a leader like Canada or New
Zealand or Germany has?

Yes, it really, really would. People here in the US are just
giving up. States are opening without following ANY of the
benchmarks that even came from the WH itself and of course Trump
doesn't care. There seems to be an impression that we are just
going to accepting mass death and infection without doing
anything to contain it, no testing/tracing, etc.. It's pretty
horrifying.

Hey fellow Keira fans. Glad to hear most of you are hanging in
there. I live in Norway and things aren't too bad here. The
government handled the crisis exceptionally and there are very
few cases here. Things are slowing opening up and going back to
normal. Sending positive vibes to everyone.
