Untitled Spy Drama thread

Thanks to Mariela for pointing this out! I like the sound of
this a lot. I hope they get a good director. She’s set to have a
great 2018/19.

Looking forward to this!
I always thought they should do another remake of the old show
The Avengers, except make it an origin story about Mrs. Peel and
that Keira should play her. Diana Rigg made her an iconic role.
I could see Keira as that kind of cool, classy old-school
British spy.
I wonder if this one is set in present day.

She is keeping busy! And she is also producing , that sound so
good! I am glad that she is not taking a break again.

OMG! This is GREAT news! That means we'll (hopefully) get at
least one movie with her in 2019!
I hope this project will develop in proper time and not get
delayed as some of her other projects have. However, great news.
And good to hear that she's also adding producer to her resume.

I'm taking a wild guess at :
Brilliant young woman, thwarted by idiotic posh old men, and a
cr*p husband, takes a reckless lover, and triumphs in the end.
Then dies.
:D ;D
Any thoughts?

She might not die!
Of course there is a risk that this kind of thing will fall into
the "brilliant woman versus stupid and/or evil men" trap, but
let's give it a chance.
It needs to be made first, though, so until there's at least a
director, a cast and a start date I'm not counting my chickens.
At the very least this shows she's actively looking to do more
projects - and that's certainly a positive.

Well here is the twitter link to the lady who wrote the script,
and I am wondering if it more of a comedy:
