So Keira is about to start fliming at the end of the month a new
movie with Helen Mirren, from the Hollywood Reporter

Interesting. I remember Paris, Je T'aime, but New York, I Love
You got pretty overlooked when it came out.
       Hopefully this one's good.
ETA: looks like Keira's probably doing this because of Massy
Tadjedin, her friend and the director of Last Night. that makes
       sense.

This is great news. I'm always happy to hear Keira is filming
something new. This one sounds like a Love, Actually type of
movie, which I think is great.
If they're filming it at the end of the month, is it possible it
will actually come out next year? That would mean we'd have four
       movies with her next year.

I don't like very much these kind of movies, but I like that she
is with Sophie Turner, and again with Orlando Bloom!

Where did you see Orlando Bloom ? I hope not he such a bad
actor! I think that Massy Tajendin that directed Last Night (and
is a friend of Keira and James) will direct her episode so I am
       expecting a good one :)

I'm happy when she films anything at all these days. She's not
someone who is driven by money or fame, so I'm afraid that one
day she'll decide to give up films altogether and just do
theater. Especially when she has to deal with things like that
crazy stalker who is stalking her and her family.

I'm with you, but I resigned myself almost ten years ago to the
idea that Keira isn't going to make the kinds of movies I
prefer. I'll still see anything she does though, and admittedly
I've seen some pretty good movies that I otherwise would have
skipped if she hadn't been in them. I just watched Collateral
Beauty and even thought that was decent, despite the crappy
       reviews.

I think Collateral Beauty was just a paycheck role for Keira to
be honest. She was pregnant and hadn't worked in a while. It was
a short shooting schedule and probably a good check: easy money.
She still does the type of movies I love but not enough of them
in my opinion. I loved her in Laggies and I would love to see
her explore more of those dark comedic type performances. Her
work in Last Night is probably one of my favorite performances
of her: sublime, quiet yet so so effecting. I am excited about
the berlin I love you project because I think it is clear that
she signed on because of Massy Tadjedin (director of Last
Night). I hope they can re-create the last night aura for this
       new project.
The period pieces are my favorite though. Her work in Pride and
Prejudice is still one of the finest work by any actress in the
last few decades. It aged nicely -- hence, why it is popular on
tv. You cannot flip through channels without catching a showing.
I love her in A Dangerous Method and The Imitation Game as well.
She really excels in period pieces. She brings a great deal of
elegance and authenticity to them. I am desperately looking
forward to Collette and The Aftermath for these reasons.
