The Pelicans won 87 games and has a powerhouse team. He could
invest 26m in his 10 keepers this year.

Looks like he went 5m and spent 4.85m

With the #6 pick he landed Brantley 2660 then

Appears Rizzo #5 and Posey were his targets.

Lackey 16-6
Heston 7-3
Leake 5-6
He was 31-29 throwing lefties and played very well vs them going
21-12

Lackey had a great year 218.0 2.77 not likely to repeat but
could be 3rd SP keeper at 236k
(00) for him the keep 8 hitters.
