Voting reset?

I've been voting religiously for a while now trying to stock up
for A13 and when I logged in tonight it tells me I have not
voted yet and shows me no balance. Were the votes reset or
possibly something I missed?

no they were not. I just restarted the server; there appears to
be an issue with the CBSM. I contacted the developer and it
appears to be working now.

So Just logged in again to check my vote points and I have a
balance again but does it cap at 30 or something? I haven't been
playing for more than a month now and have missed a handful of
days but should be closer to the 50+ mark as I had 12 before
pulling the plug on this world seed.
