The players did receive vote points, but the messaging system
alerting them was not functional.
This was due to the performance fix mentioned in the change log
about 30 hours ago.

I also requested for the ability as server operators to edit
vote points, much like we can edit zcoins. He said sure, will
work on it, hopefully in next few days.
