Questio about the rules of this server

Hi, can anyone please explain this rule to me?

IS this the number landblocks that are blocked for other
players?

It's the multiplier for other people breaking blocks in the
claimed zone (so really only applies in PVP areas). So at 5x it
should take 5 times as many hits to break blocks as it would in
an unclaimed area.
Note that unless it's been patched, there is a known issue that
the online multiplier is always used, whether the claiming
player is actually on or offline.

It isn't a rule, it's a setting.
And the multiplier is much higher now, it gets changed now and
then. You can view it on the right hand side before entering the
password.

So as a related question to that... Is there a way to add a
player to the permissions of a land claim block?
Here is why I am asking, please note I realize I'm in the north
and Land Claim Blocks (LCB) are not as needed there, Gryphus82
and I are building a base together (that whole working together
thing H0tr0d ;) ). If one of us places a LCB the other will
have the issue of not being the owner of said block.
Hence my question, is there a way to add players to the
permission of said blocks.
Again I know we don't need to place any LCB's up north.... just
asking to see if this is possible or not.

Your in-game friends can build in your claimed areas, if I
remember correctly (added through the Map screen).

As in my post above, unless it's been patched recently, to my
knowledge the offline protection isn't working and never has.
