Please take note of the events and the sequence.
       For example:
I fell on my spikes and died at 456 north, 3800 east
The respawn timer said 5..4..3..2..1.. then I was looking at the
       sky and falling.
I checked my map and it say 40 N and 3.4million km west.
I relogged and was on ground, but my hands were shaking very
       badly.
       This occurred at noon GMT
       Or:
I was driving near the world border at 4500n 8400 west
I was on my minibike and it fell through the world.
I relogged and was at 580million km south and 3200 west.
I used /home and was fine.
The time was 4:30 pm est.
Pls note the rl time also, as I can check server logs.

Didn't write down the location/time. (Didn't see this forum post
       yet)
Playing yesterday in the fresh spawn desert area. Was chasing a
dead rabbit sliding across the ground (yeah idk) and I fell into
a deep 1 block wide trench/ravine. Character was stuck, couldn't
jump, walk. Managed to break 1 sand block next to me and the
screen flashed. Ended up standing 50 feet away on flat desert
       ground.

This is lag and no biggie.
I appreciate the proactivity; however, I meant this to be for
       more extreme cases:)
