       The "V" Chat

       I noticed on one of the patch notes that the "V" key chat
       feature (in-game local voice com) is no longer default on the
       servers.  I also noticed that we no longer have the feature on
       our current settings.  Just wondering if it's a compatibility
       thing or if we can get it reinstated.  Thanks so much.  All hail
