Branching out

So, the quick and dirty: 35 army vet with a penchant for getting
into trouble. Stay at home father of two girls, and I work from
home doing remote IT support and web development. I'm an
armchair philosopher and tabletop gamer, also running a
successful rp Starmade server for over a year and no end in
sight. Game design and theory is in my blood. I'll make it to
mars, or at least make a good game before I die.
No shameless plugs here unless y'all want the info. (Either
business with computer support or pleasure with the Starmade
server)
Also, I tend to jumpo subjects and ramble like a frog on a hot
rock, get used to it :)
I came to get away from my other myriad duties. Much like my own
game server, my planet side 2 outfit, and my marriage, I tend to
pick one and stick with it, so I'll be seeing y'all as long as
7d2d keeps my interest.

Welcome! I too served in the army.. The Danish one!
Well, for 13 days, then i got kicked home.. Does that count?

Since I hate making people sad, and love all things Denmark,
here's a little poem I hope cheers you up:
Grendel's tastes were rather plainish
For breakfast, just a little danish
Sorry, my queer humor gets the best of me occasionally.

While we appreciate the comedic effort, I feel obliged to add
another joke.
A Swede, a Dane and a Norwegian found themselves deserted on a
small island. A Cannibal tribe lived on the island, and they
imprisoned the three men. The cannibals gave each of them a
final wish.
First they asked the Norwegian. The Norwegian wanted to see his
wife once more. The cannibals went to find the wife. After he
saw his wife, the Norwegian was eaten, and the cannibals made a
canoe out of his skin.
Then they asked the Swede. The Swede wanted to smoke one more
cigarette. He got his cigarette. After he was finished, he was
eaten and his skin was used to make a canoe.
Then came the Dane's turn - he wanted a fork. When he was given
a fork, he started to punch holes into himself, and yelled: "YOU
WON'T MAKE A CANOE OUT OF ME!"

BAD MADMAN!
Did i do the start command for jokes?! No, i did not.. And
danish people make HORRIBLE canoes! Horrible i tell you..
How can you not love the danes? We eksport the best bacon in the
world.. And eat the bad bacon our selfs! Which actually is a
lie, cause there is no such thing as bad bacon...
