Under New Management

Good Day Survivors,
It is time to announce a new division of survivors that will be
assisting others and keeping the peace between factions that
have no soul.
???
We shall be known as the Factionless.
Why choose the factionless:
We do not accept the teachings of the Zorg. Its just a bunch of
mumbo jumbo.
We do not accept the lawlessness of the Obey Clan
We do not accept the head in the sand approach of the Honey
Badger tribe
We do not accept the False teaching the mayor-elect of woodbury
speaks
We do not accept late deliveries from the Pizza Party
The Factionless shall provide safety and supplies to those who
wish to join our ranks, and provide law to all others.
Our facility will be located on the border of the PVE and PVP
zone to ensure compliance on both sides.
The facility will have a Stronghold on the PVP side and the
residential district will be located on the PVE side. This will
allow residents to build to their hearts content with no
repercussions from offending groups.
Our Stronghold will be capable of fending off undesirable
offenders of all types.
The NEW law of the Land:
All who do not join our ranks will be under surveillance for any
conduct that is not befitting of the law. What is the 'Law' you
ask? Whatever it takes to keep the peace.
To fund our lawmen, we will offer a bounty service. This is to
help individuals / factions who are being maliciously hunted by
others.
Bounties will cost 1 Tungsten ingot
If you have a bounty on your head, you can buy your way
out with 1 Tungsten ingot, unless the contract holder paid for a
non-reversible contract
The contract holder can pay 2 Tungsten ingots for a
non-reversible contract
Contracts can not be made against PVE only survivors.
Sorry, they would just complain too much about it.

This will happen in the next wipe.
Some people have asked if I am upset at any one person. No, I
am not. Actually, I would hope, that I am still cool with a lot
of people.
Just trying to create a little fun to all. ;D

PEACE! There will be no peace in the south, we will deny your
order and usher in an age of chaos. The members of your order
will be hounded in the war zones and pizza party will make sure
to wreck havoc on your headquarters.
Your bounties are useless for those that have no fear of death.
We will embrace the long sleep with open arms.
