       Every Bill, I have EVER known, has been a griefing jackhole turd
       throwing bags of cat crap at everyone.  No Bills.
       Anyway, I agree, some sort of limit on Raiding, I'd say anything
       lootable (not locked) and accessible without destruction should
       be fair game.  On some Servers I've encountered large quality
       structures that look like they are part of the game, they are
       wide open, you can walk in and loot things, but the Server rules
       dictate you don't loot anything there.  Which kinda sucks for a
       new player trying to build up resources.  *shrug*
       Regardless, I doubt any of us want our meticulate constructions
       destroyed while we are on a 1-week vacation with family.

       It would be super sweet if they came up a way to 'declare war'
       (flags left behind or something) when a raid happens. Of course,
       petty thievery (anonymous) is always going to happen as well -
       not sure how to prevent that or regulate it.
       Personally I won't attack or steal from someone's base unless I
       already have a grief with them for a previous incident or
       wrongdoing done to me or my tribe first.
       Not everyone has those same ethics however, so yeah - that's why
       I choose to play on a private server instead of public. :)

       It is a possibility of course but i will say that it is unlikely
       based on my experience with our current group of players who
       seem to be really awesome, friendly people.
