Silensventus lurking in the woods

I posted this under Madman's original post, but figured many may
not have seen it. I AM out there in the world, just pretty well
hidden it seems. I believe I have the distinct honor of being
the oldest member - 50 next month. Been gaming since the days of
Pong. Got back into PC gaming just over a year ago after
building myself a gaming PC (something else I got back into). I
am a Desktop/IT guy by trade for almost 25 years. I have really
been enjoying the development of 7DTD. Have only been along for
the ride though for a couple of months. Played RUST to death.
Clocking in at just over 350 hours.
In the end, with no real development on the game, it died it's
own quick death. Lost touch with all the people I played with as
they went to other games or disappeared from Steam completely.
This server looks to be another great place to commune, kill
some zombie bastard dogs and slay the occasional player - all in
good fun. Not huge on PVP and mostly keep to myself. But I do
enjoy the "sport" of it from time to time. Based on the Polls,
it looks like Diersville and Gravetown will soon be designated
PVP. I am all for stated zones and it seems like that will be
quite fun. We will all know what we can possibly be getting into
when venturing in.
