       Hey everyone.  It's the beginning of the month and the server
       rankings have reset.  Please take a moment of your time and vote
       for our server today.  Every vote counts and is important to the
       health of our server.  We had a little bit of a dip in the
       rankings last month due in part to the uncertainty of what we
       were going to to do with the server but now that that's out of
       the way, let's see how well we can do this month.
       *** Now, get an immediate reward supply crate with every vote!
       Just vote, then log into the server and type /claim vote to
       receive your gift.  Be sure to stand on a street or road before
       typing the command to minimize the possibility of a failed crate
