I am not able to use the online store. Can you help me with this
and/or just list the items per store?

It gets stuck on this screen. I have also already tried clearing
out the cookies.

I would suggest trying a different browser if you haven't
already. Another shot in the dark...try changing your profile
name to NOT include those pesky special characters and try
again.
