       cant gain my health back

       for the last 2 days i have not been able to regenerate my health
       i have no negative status effects and have tried taking up to 5
       painkillers and eating several food items is this a bug or am i
       missing something please help

       Are you talking current health, or max health?
       Those are two different values. If your max health is lowered,
       all the food in the world won't bring it back up. You need to
       use a bandage/first aid/med kit to restore your max health level
       and THEN food can help to fill it.
