A17 Stable Released! - Full Wipe and New Map - Last One for a Wh

Finally! A17 Stable is out! Since we didn't wipe the map for
the last update, we had to do it now. This will allow us to
have full advantage of all the new changes, such as more traders
and supposedly less floating POIs, more POI variety, fewer
bugged blocks and more.
If this is truly stable, we shouldn't have to wipe again for
months.
Server has been wiped, updated and is currently generating the
new map now. It should be up and running within the hour. I
had to do all of this while in the passenger seat of my Jeep on
a laptop with Jaspymon driving on the highway as we head to
Oklahoma from Florida. I'll do the best I can to keep up with
everything but please be patient if there are any hiccups, as
this is not the most ideal situation for handling all of this.

Anyone having trouble logging in? Updated the game and its
getting stuck at 100% downloading the map. Lots of error
messages too. :(

Another player was having difficulty logging in also. I'm
rebooting the server now in hopes that it will fix the issue for
you guys. Try logging in again in a few minutes.

I am still unable to log in. Tried uninstalling the game and
clearing local game data. I still get an error after downloading
the map to 100%. I don't have a problem with any other servers.
If anybody has had this problem and found a fix i would
appreciate hearing what worked for you.

What worked for me was making sure 7 Days was the only program
running. The game continues to attempt to allocate max RAM for
itself. Another player 'fixed' this by adding 64 megs of new
RAM chips, which caused the game to only allocate 10 mg. Go
figure.

I had to try three times before I was able to download the map.
I have 16GB and a half decent system. I found that by not tabing
out (aka keeping 7DTD the only application while downloading) of
the application while it was downloading the Map worked for me.
