       The Center Hub City & Cities/Towns Intersecting Zero

       Rules for the central hub city
       ​The entire city located at 0,0 coordinates (Also known as
       our namesake, "Ground Zero") is a PvP area.
       Don't build here! This area will be reset frequently so you will
       lose anything there.
       (12/1/2018) EDIT:  This section does not currently apply as the
       map seed we are using right now does not contain a hub city as
       such.
       Any city or town that intersects zero degrees latitude
       The entirety of these areas are PvP.  You may build here if you
       like, but you WILL be subject to PvP and raiding.  If you do not
       wish to engage in PvP, make certain to stay far enough away from
       these areas.  If you come too close,  you may get killed by a
       player that assumes you are in the PvP zone.
       There is a ten (10) block "buffer" on either side of the border.
       Players are not allowed to build, lay claim (keystone protect)
       or otherwise inhabit this buffer zone.
